We stayed in this delightful villa in Perema, 15 minutes from Old Town Corfu. I have to say I had one of the most rewarding weeks away. It has everything you should need. The layout is perfect for a group of people and there are plenty of choices where you are able to sit and relax. The absolute highlight has to be the sea right there for you to enjoy all day and evening, simply magical.

Amazing villa..stunning location. This villa is well equipped and met all our needs..fantastic layout, making use of every level. Waking up to an amazing sunrise every morning with the sounds of the sea was just fabulous...then relaxing later on the rooftop with panoramic views over the coastline and mainland. Fell in love with the hammock! Perfect for water lovers, with use of paddle boards and kayaks.

Water is amazing and fab to cool down. Local restaurants in nearby towns were excellent and moderately priced. We used fab gas bbq several times also..ending evenings relaxing in a hot tub. Thoroughly recommend Villa waves and Hugh and Daniela are fantastic hosts, nothing was any trouble and responded very quickly to any queries.

Villa Waves is perfect! The views are absolutely stunning, you won’t believe how good! There is loads to do in Corfu, beaches are gorgeous, food is lovely & people are friendly. Villa Waves is a great base to explore all the island. The owners Hugh & Daniela are so helpful & friendly & will help with anything if you need it. Never stayed in a place like this before. Villa Waves is heaven on earth, a fantastic retreat right next to the sea. This place is exactly as beautiful as the photos show. Our two teenage boys and we enjoyed the various outdoor activities, including a kayak tour embracing the sunrise above the greek mainland, a SUP tour to the airport where you can watch planes and plane spotters alike, and the town of Benitses.

Hugh provided the house with two SUPs, two two-seater kayaks and two brand new single-seater kayaks. There is as well a new BBQ where we prepared delicious fish and had dinner at the porch with a fantastic sea view. Kitchen is well equipped with a Alexa box. There is nothing we missed.

The roof top lounge area is very stylish and a cool place to hang out, there is even a hammock, offering another spectacular sea view, sometimes disturbed by the noise from the street, but the bedrooms are not affected. Hugh and Ivor are perfect hosts helping us with everything from car hire to restaurants recommendations.

Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

The crystal-clear waters of the deep blue Ionian Sea are right on your doorstep and it’s shallow and calm so perfect for children, paddle boards and kayaks.

Set over 4 levels there is so much space! The indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly with a stunning well-kept Mediterranean garden and of course the hot tub! Just magic to enjoy this in the evenings as the weather cools down and the sun begins to set.

Hugh & Daniela were incredibly helpful, friendly and offered a multitude of options and special services if you require them (massages / in house chef / car & boat hire etc. – like a true concierge service).

I really can't wait to bring the whole family next year.

For someone who is incredibly spoilt when it comes to travel and a frequent user of all the private rental sites this is by far the best beach property I have ever stayed at.
