There are 2 ways to access the secluded beach , you can hire a speed boat or charter a classic yacht and be collected from your own private jetty, there are rock pools and snorkelling to provide endless hours of enjoyment. see the most amazing sunrises in Corfu , You can even feed the fish from the lower terrace.

Villa Waves is in a great location as we are a 20 minute drive from Corfu town and the old port, Benitsie, is only a 5 minute drive where there is a marina and lots of tavernas. Aqua Land is approx 30 minutes by car and a great day out for the youngsters. The Achillion palace is a very short drive away and worth a visit. If you're interested in boat trips we can hire you a 5 meter speed boat or arrange day trips to Paxos and Anti Paxos.

Sailing holidays are very popular in this region and Benitse harbor is only 5 minutes away by car where you can rent all types of boats. The villa comes with x 2 paddle boards, there is also x 2 double kayaks.
Coast/Beach
Villa waves is situated on Perama beach. Accessed by a ladder or steps directly onto the beach it is a very secluded beach where you can walk in both directions, snorkelling is a must.

A peaceful and picturesque villa, right on the sea minutes from Corfu town. The villa has a private ladder down to the beach, with a jetty and x 2 double kayaks and two single kayaks, plus two paddle boards and snorkel equipment for the guests to use.
You can hire a speed boat by arrangement.The Villa has plenty of outdoor entertaining space with large staggered patios, and shaded dining areas. There is also a jacuzzi, with sea views.
Villa Waves is in an ideal location, halfway between the north and the south of the island, with Corfu town only 6km away. There are a handful of secluded beaches and local villages within easy distance. The closest being Benitses a traditional Greek village boasting a marina, as well as numerous bars, and tavernas.

Notes on accommodation:
The accommodation is open plan. The kitchen (has two windows, one out looks to the citrus trees on the terraces and the other to the bbq area) flows through to the lounge and has a double window and French doors leading onto the main balcony (where there is further seating for four persons) with great views over the Ionian sea across to Albainia, mainland Greece and Corfu to the south. The master bedroom has a double window and double French doors leading out to the main balcony (both aspects have amazing sea views). Outside: Two terraces to the rear with lemon / orange / lime trees. Two balconies with sea views (one shaded with additional two seater couch and two arm chairs with a coffee table). Two balconies (one shaded with dining table, drinks fridge and out door sink.) one with American bbq and sun loungers. Two out door showers and a ladder that electrically lowers onto the beach. Villa Waves now boasts a 80m2 Roof terrace with Fantastic Sea Views !!!! Utility Room: There is a washing machine and a drinks fridge located under the stairs on the lower terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The villa will be cleaned weekly and all towels and linen will be changed at this time. Additional maid service available on request. Other: There is a shaded outside dining area with a table that seats eight, and a American gas bbq, there is also a outside shower. Car Hire is Also Available.

Thank you so much for allowing me to stay at the property to test drive the villa for my families next summer's holiday to Corfu in May 2021 - we want to book it for a whole month please...I did not want to leave!
The proper is finished to a very high standard that you just can't find elsewhere on the island it truly is the ultimate Mediterranean oasis with lots of attention to detail, high specification furniture, well-manicured gardens, an abundance of outdoor space, and designed with tranquillity and privacy at the same time.
Occupying a spectacular, rare and 'true' waterfront position with unparalleled 180-degree view of the Ionian Sea and neighbouring Albania coastline views.
The crystal-clear waters of the deep blue Ionian Sea are right on your doorstep and it’s shallow and calm so perfect for children, paddle boards and kayaks.
Set over 4 levels there is so much space! The indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly with a stunning well-kept Mediterranean garden and of course the hot tub! Just magic to enjoy this in the evenings as the weather cools down and the sun begins to set.
Hugh & Daniela were incredibly helpful, friendly and offered a multitude of options and special services if you require them (massages / in house chef / car & boat hire etc. – like a true concierge service).
I really can't wait to bring the whole family next year.
For someone who is incredibly spoilt when it comes to travel and a frequent user of all the private rental sites this is by far the best beach property I have ever stayed at.

Amazing House
Amazing house close to the sea and a beach for ourselves.
We appreciated the villa Waves very much. It was very clean and fresh towels and beds. We liked the speed boat and that it was so easy to find a parking place for the boat in Corfu town. The brand new SUP boards were nice and the paddle boats which we used a lot. Overall we had a wonderful time and would very much like to return soon.

An Island Idyll
Corfu in May is beautiful, Villa Waves in May is a treat for the senses. The Villa Waves has everything you need for a successful family holiday; there is plenty of outdoor space for everyone to do their thing during the day - and there are certainly plenty of things to keep them busy - the young adults loved the paddle boards and kayaks (cruising up and down the coastline) while others enjoyed the spectacular views from the terrace, whiling away the hours swinging in the hammock or reading in the shade. We were very fortunate with the weather - sunny and in the high 20s. A car is essential to get around (although you could go to various seaside tavernas in the kayaks). In Benitses we enjoyed eating at Mezza Luna, very friendly service and great fresh food. A drive up to the Achillion Palace is a must - the statue of Achilles is awesome. We also took a taxi into Corfu Town late afternoon and watched the sunset from The Cavilieri Hotel’s roof terrace drinking spectacular cocktails. I can not recommend Villa Waves enough - the clear aquamarine sea with the sun sparkling off it, it is uplifting and relaxing. Everyone felt very quickly at ease. Sleeping with the sound of the sea lapping on the shore is a real treat. We were treated to a trip out in the Villa’s boat as, being early in the season, it was still being sea-tested. The boat trip was thrilling and I feel sure that when we return next year we would like to hire the boat for a day or two and enjoy exploring. Corfu is a sea-faring nation and best enjoyed for the sea. Many thanks to Hugh for a memorable holiday. We’ll be back.
